Located in Ephrata, WA - Spokane 123m; Seattle 171m

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join established practice.

Standard four-day work week
Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Provider team consists of two physicians and two APPs when fully staffed
Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call
General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some womens health and a heavy higher acuity/internal medicine type practice
Lab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, behavioral health and ortho onsite
Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support nearby
20-25 patients per day

Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Qualifications

Board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician
Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
