Come join our 2 providers, nurse practitioner, and supportive ancillary staff in a beautiful new space. New grads and practicing physicians are welcome!

Only minutes from one of the largest urban parks in the world, Shelby Farms, perfect for running, cycling, dog walking, and horse riding!

Additional details include:

• Monday through Wednesday: 8AM to 5PM and Thursday through Friday: 8AM to 4:30PM
• Physicians share after hours calls
• 20 to 25 patients per day
• Special Equipment/Resources Available: Full lab
