• On Call Rotation 1:4 (with new physician)
  • On Call is from home
• 25 deliveries per month
• Providers average 20patients per day
• Robotics in house
• Mentoring and double scrubbing
• 4 1/2 day work week
• In-Office - LEEP, Ultrasound, Colposcopy
