General Dermatology position. This is a new service line being offered in this rural community.
4 day (10 hour shifts) or 5 day (8 hour shifts) work week.
Join a team of 9 general Dermatologists, 1 Mohs Surgeon, and 2 APP's organization wide.
Lab, Xray, CT scan and MRI at nearby clinic
Multispecialty clinic nearby with specialists readily available for support
Average of 30 patients per day

Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $469,646 - $507,725
Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
Time off: up to 11 weeks of time off (for full time, fiveday production work week after first year, nonimmigration status)
Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14
Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
Continuing medical education allowance of $8,000 every two years

Requirements

Board certified or board eligible physician
Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
Being fully vaccinated against COVID19 is an essential requirement.
