Seeking an OBGYN to join our team due to community growth.

Team consists of 2 Physicians and 2 ARNP Nurse Midwives when fully staffed.
Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians
Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
16 - 18 patients per day
EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Work/Life Balance and Benefits

Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
Time off: up to 11 weeks of time off (full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)

Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000

Requirements

Board certified or board eligible physician
Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement.
