Develop and implement short and long-term marketing plans that penetrate the targeted market and generate patient referrals Respond immediately to all patient referrals and provide facility tours as requested Foster a positive community image of the nursing center through public relations Collaborate with the center's interdisciplinary team and network referral entities to coordinate a seamless, coordinated admissions process to ensure a positive patient experience Nurture relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners to maximize referrals.
