Board Certification: Required (Board Eligible acceptable)
Patients Per Shift: 12-15
Exam Rooms: 3 per provider
Supervision: Required to supervise Advance Practice Providers
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: RN: 1, MA: 1, Office Staff: 2-3
Requirements:

Certifications: BLS required
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
