Due to their continued expansion, They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their highly respected, successful UK sales team.
As a strong Business Development Manager with a proven track record you will be responsible for both new business generation and maintaining and up selling our market leading product range to an existing business portfolio.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively promoting and selling the product and services range by establishing contact and developing relationships with new business prospects to recommend innovative recruitment solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with our existing clients by providing first class account management and identifying and recommending new sales opportunities for further business growth.
- Identifying additional sales opportunities by gaining a thorough knowledge and understanding of current industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Contributing to own and team effort by reaching/exceeding personal and team targets
